Rescheduling an exam

If the candidate cannot appear at an exam at the timed assigned, he/she can apply for rescheduling the exam until the previous day of the exam. On the day of the exam or after it, requests for rescheduling are not accepted. Rescheduling an exam within the same exam period is not allowed. Candidates may reschedule their exams only once.

The fee for rescheduling an exam is 4000 HUF, which is non-refundable.

If you want to reschedule your exam, you should do the following:

1.      Fill in a Request Form for Rescheduling an Exam.

2.      Pay the fee of 4000 HUF via bank transfer to the University’s bank account.

The information you need to pay by bank transfer is the following:

3.      Send the form along with proof of payment of the fee by email to the Language Testing Centre at least one day prior to the exam
